What is a domain name?
A domain name, also called a URL or your .com, is the name selected by you to represent your website on the internet i.e. www.DOMAINNAME.com.
How do I decide on the best domain name?
The decision is you to you, however, it is best to choose a name that is simple to remember and is relevant to your business. Try to avoid name that are too long as spelling mistakes will occur and could end up sending the user to the wrong site. Remember simple is best, and of course the domain cannot already be in use.
What is a Link?
A link is when the name of your website, company name or logo appears on other sites and allows users direct access to your site without having to type your URL into the internet browser.
Does it benefit me at all to have links on my page or to have links to my website on other peoples' sites?
Absolutely! Any way that you can get people to your site is a good thing. The more poeple visiting your site means the more people that are interested in your business. If you are willing to put a link to someone else's website on one of your pages then they will be more inclined to do the same for you.
What are keywords?

What are metatags?
A metatag is descriptive information about your webpage that is imbedded in the language of the site. A word that is in a metatag of a webpage will cause that webpage to turn up as a result of a search engine's search on that word, even if that word is not found in the actual content of the page.
What are pay per clicks ads?
Pay per click (PPC) is an advertising model used on search engines, advertising networks, and content websites/blogs, where advertisers only pay when a user actually clicks on an ad to visit the advertiser's website. Advertisers bid on keywords they predict their target market will use as search terms when they are looking for a product or service.
What is an organic search?
An organic search is a process by which internet users find web sites having unpaid search engine listings, as opposed to using the pay per click (PPC) advertisement listings displayed among the search results.
How long until I see my website on the first page of organic search results?
Although SEO is a very effective marketing tool, results are not seen overnight. After a couple months of steady traffic to your site the organic search rank will start to jump. In the mean time it is a good idea to have PPC ads running because they can boost traffic to your site which in turn will help the organic search results.

How long will it take to get my website up and running?
This will usually depend on the complexity and content of the site itself. Once the content of your website has been finalized, we can have your site live on the internet in 3-4 weeks.
Can I make changes to my website after it is finished?
